Today’s daily clause is another checklist. It is based on ContractStandard’s unified transaction structure, displayed and color-coded in the first column of the checklist. The second column identifies the clauses appearing in the agreement (linked to the clause library containing sample language, when available). The third column lists the major options (radio button symbols indicate mutually exclusive options; checkbox symbols mark non-exclusive options).
